Application BH/2008/01026 89 Lansdowne Place, Hove. Listed Building Consent - conversion of two flats into one town house, removal of non-original internal walls, re-instatement of original features and new sliding doors to rear. HCS Recommendation : Approval. CAG  Recommendation : Approval.

Application BH/00939 The Elms Rottingdean. Full Planning. Erection of proposed new courtyard dwelling on land at the rear of The Elms (`Kipling`s House`). The HCS representative submitted a personal letter of Objection. CAG Recommendation : Refusal.

The CAG Meeting of 17 June was cancelled (insufficient items for consideration).
