20 The Drive - An excellent conversion and refurbishment of a beautiful building.

Kingsway Hove ( adjacent to the Princess Marine Hotel.)  Demolition of a pair of semi-detatched houses and replacement by a block of flats.  The Society made no objection.

Dresden House.  Good design on the outside elevations.  The Society made no objection.

Forthcoming Applications

1. The former Caffyn's site on the Kingsway, Hove.
   
2. The Gala Bingo Hall - Portland Road.
3. Sackville Hotel Site. - To be re-developed, probably with a hotel and  flats above.
4. Medina House, Hove.- probable redevelopment but the building was listed a few years ago because of its unique roof trusses.
