HCS welcomed these carefully researched improvements and CAG recommended No Objection.

"Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 2 semi-detached houses".

This was a revised application following the previous refusal in April 2008 for 2 detached houses on the site, and carefully addressed the reasons for refusal, including loss of privacy and over-development. HCS had No Objection to the demolition of the bungalow and felt that one structure on the site was reasonable and the proposed design not detrimental to the Area. CAG welcomed the application.
