Pilot Study

Conservation and Design Officers have begun an Urban Study of 32 areas in the City to aid future decision making.

A pilot study of the Hove area named Wilbury (which may be changed to avoid conservation area confusion ) included St Anne Well's Garden northward to the Old Shoreham Road and proved to be very impressive.
