CAG meting July

1857 - rear of 8-12 Cambridge Grove
Plans presented to demolish sheds, build 3 storeys with ground floor offices below 6 flats
Hove Civic agreed to negotiations to ensure the front elevation are designed to be more in keeping with the front elevations

2207 - Old Market Centre.  Convert offices to seven flats
CAG suggested the opening of the blind windows to let in more light on the North elevation and welcomed the new canopy to highlight the main entrance

2153 - Sackville Hotel
It is a legal requirement to present an application for the demolition.

Planning permission refused

Marina Development
At a meeting at full Council on the 20th July the council passed the development at the Brighton Marina including the high tower with a good majority.
There were many objectors assembled at, and outside the meeting and they are calling for a judicial inquiry

On the 27th July the Polices and Recources Committee will discuss the King Alfred
