02305  St John's Road. Hove.  Demolition and erection of 3 terraced live/work houses - originally deferred due to ownership of an area of land which was part of the application. Re-submission to CAG who did not object and the Planning Sub-Committee granted the application.

02726  5/6 Western Road, Hove.  Retrospective application for demolition and rebuilding of a new bar and 6 flats above, plus the formation o a ramp.  CAG recommended refusal and the Planning Sub-committee refused the application

00785  Land the the rear of Albany Villas.  Erection of a single dwelling. The Hove Civic Society together with CAG had no objection to the plans which are clearly draw. The plans are similar to the ones approved for the adjoining site

01103  1-3 Valance Gardens.  The Society does not object in principle to a small block of flats being erected on this site but feel that the building will be too close to the block next door and have serious concerns in respect of the east elevation windows overlooking Essex House.
