Considerations at CAG  17th July

02311      38 Lower Market Street - erection of a 4 storey building to form 2 maisonettes
HCS had no objection to an infill of the site but disliked the stained wood windows which did not fit the surrounding area.
CAG recommended refusal as it thought the proposal inappropriate for the site

02048/50 Kings House Grand Avenue and adjacent grassed area.Erection of 6, 1.8 diameter wind turbines on the roof and 1, 20 m
high free standing helical type turbine - HCS had no objection and approved the elegant design but though the
free-standing   turbine would be better sited on the promenade. Letter written. CAG welcomed the proposal but
recommended the use of rust-proof material

02048/50 124 Church Road - extensions to form 4 flats above existing retail -
HCS had no objection as the proposal had reasonable symmetry.  The details need to be very correct and authentic.

02201       4/6 Vallance Road erection of 2 bed, 2storey eco-house- HCS had no objection but both they and CAG thought possiblly
it was overdevelopent of the site
