BH2007/2614  Hove Park Cafe The society has objected again to this application as the plans have not been altered from those withdrawn earlier. The building is of architectural interest and on a 'Greenfield' site. The extension is poor and out of character.

Considerations at CAG

BH2007/02699 & BH2007/02707. 63 Holland Road. The group thought that there was a great improvement to the previous scheme and would like to welcome the proposals.

BH2007/00986 Double Garage Seafield Road rear of 35 St Aubyns. The group supported the Conservation officers report and agree that development is acceptable for this site but the current proposals are not appropriate

BH2007/02930 New Church Road, Hove The group recommends refusal. The facade is poorly designed and out of character.  The group criticised detailing of the windows
